Air Preheater Arrangement:The air preheater divides two stage arrangement including upper part of secondary air preheater and lower part of primary air preheater. The air is injected into primary air fan and secondary air fan separately. The primary and secondary air preheater is made up of φ50×2 steel tube. The flue gas flows from top to bottom and the air scours along the horizontal direction in the tube. The secondary air is blew in secondary air tube after two routes. Primary air is through three routes and gets into air distribution plate air chamber, rejecting fuel air chamber and coal falling pipe of coal feeder. For easily change and maintain, there are two sets of arrangement. Upper part has two routes and the lower part has one route. The preheating temperature of primary air and the secondary air will achieve 150ºCfor free expansion at the hot condition in the tube box. There are expansion joints at the upper part of tube box. 2.
