Process Flow2.1. Aluminum ingot and scrap aluminum wire - aluminum melting furnace -Four-wheel horizontal continuous casting machine -oil hydraulic shearer-continuous rolling mill -oil tank and leading pipe -coiler with dual basket2.2. Melt aluminum or prepared melt aluminum is injected to four-wheel continuous casting machine through launder and is cast to aluminum bar of 2, 340 mm² . Scrap aluminum bar is cut by oil hydraulic shearer and then acceptable aluminum bars are sent to continuous rolling mill.
