Worktop: The worktop is based on the requirement of customers for lab bench such as phenolic resinboard, epoxy resin board or ceramic board. 19mm epoxy resin worktop is applied in this project. he edgeof worktop will be treated specially to ensure its safety for human body.B. Door and cabinet body: The cabinet is made of high quality 1.0 mmcold rolled sheet with differentthickness as per its different loading weight. The surface is treated by acid washing, phosphorizationbefore coating by epoxy resin powder.The inside cabinet is equipped with adjustable setting for mobilelayer. All the welding points have been polished specially which will not hurt the hand. The inside cabinetis with front and back upright columns and reinforcing ribs to increase the bearing capacity and impactresistance capacity.
