Fluidized water/back wash water/recoil water plays an important role during the separation.Periodically, heavy particles(big gravity heavy minerals such as gold,iron etc) are trapped in the grooves/riffles/gratings/ribs while the light particles(small gravity light fine minerals such as sand) are washed away upward into the tailings.The cleaning up cycle is 1~4 hours. And the upgrade ratio is up to 1,000 times.If the water pump is connected to the control box, the feeding water,back wash water, machine start and stop, and the concentrates discharging can all be controlled automatically by the control box.Main strcuture1.
