We are a Hong Kong based Trading Company with diversified product range.
We are looking for regular manufacturer/supplier of Edible Beef Tallow required for soup, broth etc.

Free Fatty Acid – 0.05% oleic mx
Peroxide Value- 1.0mEq/Kg max
AOM stability – 100hrs min
Odor and flavour – Beefy flavour, free from rancid odors
Color (Lovibond) – 10.0 yellow/1.0 red
Melting Point (Wiley) – 106-110 degree F
Smoke Point – 450 degree F
Microbiological property :
Aerobic Plate count - Negative
E. Coli - Negative
Salmonella - Negative
Staph. Aureus (coag+) - Negative
Mold & Yeast - Negative
Coliform – Negative
In this context, we would like to know the following information/confirmation from you :
1. Packing style- Each 10 kg block packed in poly bag, 2 blocks per carton
2. Quantity required : 1,600 tons per month
20,000 tons per year approx.
3. We would like to have the price quoted FOB, CIF Chengdu China and DDP Chengdu, China.
4. Please provide Production time for 400 tons each shipment.
5. Photos of your product along with its specifications, loading per Reefer Container.
6. Certificates that certify you are allowed to ship this Edible Beef Tallow to China. Please share the Certificate/registration No.
7. If price is workable, how much would it cost to have 5-10kgs sample shipped to us in Hong Kong for our testing.
